Sr. Director, Operations

Ryan joined BAI in 2008 and has management oversight of all our various federal government and commercial Account Teams. He fosters collaboration between Account Managers and Professional Services staff, explores industry trends in search of new technology and approaches, and ensures that BAI staff maintains a high level of industry education and accreditation. In addition to setting team goals and monitoring performance, Ryan serves as a Program Manager for select Special Programs.
