Support Renewal Specialist

Pam joins BAI with a degree in Business Management from University of Maryland, and prior experience managing a large portfolio of support renewals and maintenance plans. She is now responsible for managing customer support plans as an extension of our various Account Teams. Our dedicated Account Team Leads will remain the primary point of contact for customers, but Pam will manage the internal process to ensure that our customers are always covered.
