President

Pam is the majority owner of BAI and is focused on creating a strong and responsible company that provides for our employees and the community as a whole. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board, her daily responsibilities include financial planning, human resources, and corporate oversight as our primary FSO. Employee happiness and retention is central to our mission, so Pam works to continually enhance BAI policies, benefits, and retention programs.
